REGULATION

This regulation governs the conditions of use of Best Ledro Camping and the rules of conduct to be followed inside the campsite.
We are all invited to respect them in the interests of the smooth running of the campsite.

GENERAL RULES

Campers must respect the arrival/departure times and the entry/exit times indicated by the management.
The allocation of pitches is the responsibility of the management and is based on unquestionable service requirements.
It is forbidden to move from the assigned pitches without authorisation from the management.
Minors are allowed to stay inside the area only if accompanied by adults who assume responsibility for them.

ACCEPTANCE

On arrival, campers and their crews must report to the management for check-in, which involves handing out identity documents for everyone, registering entry, ascertaining the number of people on board and confirming their reservation.
Departure operations are permitted no earlier than 8 a.m. and no later than 10.30 a.m.; in the event of a delay, a €5 surcharge will be applied.
The cash desk is open from 8 am to 9.30 pm at the bar.

ENVIRONMENT AND TERRITORY

Campers are obliged to respect and not damage the plants and greenery on the pitches and in the common areas, to keep their pitches clean and tidy, not to light fires other than the barbecues provided by the management in the designated area and to deposit waste in the designated containers.

SURVEILLANCE

Campers are obliged to take care of their belongings. The management accepts no responsibility for any loss or theft of property not left in their care.

ANIMALS

Pets are allowed inside Best Ledro Camping if they are on a leash and kept under surveillance and within the assigned pitch. Pets must be kept on a leash and kept under supervision within the allotted area.

SILENCE

From 11 p.m. to 8 a.m., noises that disturb the campers' rest are strictly forbidden. During the quiet hours it is forbidden to drive vehicles, cycles and motorbikes; radio and television sets must be kept at a minimum volume and children must be kept under adult supervision.
